Summary of how to group and subtotal rows on the grid by Client, Owner, Stage or any other CRM deal field.
Drag to Group Rows
- Whilst on the Forecast grid, click-and-hold on a column header.
- Drag the column header to the area directly above the grid marked "Drag here to set row groups".
- Multiple column headers can be grouped at the same time
- Use the expand arrows against the grouped rows to expand section.
